Dear Ms. Dunning,
I am pleased to praise the efforts made by Corey Cross in the last two weeks as he and Kurt repaired my BMW after a more severe fender bender than I initially thought.
Corey was sympathetic about the damage to my car. He was prompt in working with my GEICO adjuster and willing to answer any questions I had in the depth I needed.
I picked up my car today and it looks to be very well done with a lot of attention to details including delicate paint matching.
I compliment you on having such a competent and pleasant workers on your staff such as Corey and Kurt. I hope I don't need thier services again but if I do my car is coming to Keeler Motor Car Company.
