Between my wife and I, this will be the fourth vehicle purchase from Keeler Motor Car Company (BMW and Mercedes-Benz.) The staffs that attended to us during these purchases and services have been exceptionally professional and trained to get the job done. We are a "Keelerian", that is, "Keeler Family Member" for over ten years now. I hope you don't mind me coining the word! You could bank on it that we had and will continue to spread the good news about Keeler to family and friends particularly when purchasing certified Mercedes-Benz. You are the best in that category!!

The people in the service department at Keeler Honda are so nice! I bought my 2010 Honda Accord last Spring (sales dept was great too!) and have been in contact with Service only twice but both times have exceeded my experiences with other service departments in the way I have been treated. I'm bringing my car in for a software update this week and can only assume we'll keep this 100% customer satisfaction streak going!

Quite a few years ago I went to a Jimmy Cliff concert at Middlebury College, and after an opening act, he came on stage to a crowd of 10,000 screaming, adoring fans. When he finally got people somewhat quiet, he said: "I don't like reggae music..."
You've never heard a crowd of 10,000 go silent faster. Long pause...then he said, "I LOVE Reggae music."

That's how I feel about my new MINI Cooper - i don't just like it. It's the best handling car I've ever owned, and over the years I've had two MG's , a 1967 Morgan Plus 4, A Range Rover, and an early Miata that was a knock off of the Lotus Elan. (The Morgan could take sharp curves at high speeds with out flinching, although the creature comforts were rather minimal.)
In any case, I am very impressed with everything about the MINI. The fit and finish seems perfect, and, as everyone says, it is just pure fun to drive! (It wanted to zip up the 85 on the Northway, and I am going to have to watch the speedometer as it just seems to want to go faster.)
Please accept my thanks for all your help in making this happen. From order to delivery, it was incredibly quick and the whole experience of picking it up at Keeler MINI was a pleasure! He was more than helpful at the last visit and really listened to my car's issues and they were corrected in the best and most friendly manner than any of the other Service Reps I have dealt with this year. "Keeler BMW - outstanding dealership to do business with"
Last Friday one of the taillights on my BMW had stopped working. I dropped the car off at Keeler BMW early in the morning. In the afternoon I received a call from Bryan, one of the service writers letting me know two new lights were ordered and should be in on Tuesday.
Monday morning Bryan called and said the car was... all set as he was able to get his hands on a set of lights which could be used for my car. When I picked up my car, both Bryan and Tom were great to talk with.

"Keeler MINI excellent service!!"
On May 18th my MINI "quit" on me and was eventually towed to Keeler Motors in Latham, NY. It was then that I spoke with Rafee Chamoun, Keeler MINI service advisor, and leared that the transmission had gone and the estimated repair would be $9600.
I called BMW Customer Relations for possible assistance with this problem. After a few day of back and forth with BMW they turned down my request and suggested I contact my selling dealer (Not Keeler MINI.)
I spoke to my selling dealer and they basically turned their back on the situation citying warranty provisions.
That same day I went to Keeler and spoke with Rafee, Debbie Locke, Dan Dibble and Bill Scheitinger. After hearing of my account of the situation, they said they would pursue it with the MINI Regional Manager. Their efforts proved quite fruitful as MINI generously agreed to cover the cost of the transmission part of the repair with my responsibility being labor and any additional parts.
Keeler MINI made every attempt to assist me in my plight. They actively took on the role of the Good Samaritan. Raffe, Debbie, Dan and Bill manifested a sincere concern for me and my situation. Not only did they "fight my fight" but they regularly kept me up to date on any and all developments. Keeler Motor Car is lucky to have these people who demonstrated what it takes to develop and maintain a loyal customer base. This is an example of the good business attitude at Keeler Motor Car and why it will on the top of my list of car dealerships!Diane

First of all, I just purchased a 2006 BMW Z4 Roadster from Keeler BMW last week - what a great car indeed - I love driving it and am so glad that I bought it. However, my real reason for this e-mail is to compliment Debbie Bradley who was the sales representative that helped me purchase the car. Debbie followed up with a telephone call after my initial contact with Keeler and invited me to test drive a Z4, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, followed up with telephone calls after delivery, and, above all, was an absolute delight to work with during the entire buying process. I normally don't like to go through the car buying experience but Debbie made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable - even fun. I will certainly recommend her to anyone that might wish to shop for a vehicle at Keeler BMW. I also had a good experience with Business Manager Kevin O'Neill who handled the paper work although my time with Kevin was much shorter than with Debbie.

I am writing to you today to express my satisfaction with Keeler BMW and the Keeler BMW Service Department. Recently, my vehicle needed many service items handled as part of my maintenance program. Upon arriving at the service bay, Rich Petri was very pleasant and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my vehicle and to make sure it would be operating its best.
At one point in our conversation, Mr. Petri and I wanted further explanation regarding some mechanical/diagnotic concerns regarding my vehicle. Without hesitation, he called for Mr. Tom Jess, Keeler BMW shop foreman, to come forward to his desk. Mr. Jess is an unbelievable individual, who answered all my my questions and clarified exactly what was being done to my vehicle.
It is because of the superior service and professionalism of Mr. Petri and Mr. Jess that I am writing this letter today. These gentlemen represent a class of individuals with character, integrity and honesty. For those reasons, I will continue to have my car serviced by Keeler BMW and no other. Those men should be commended for their hard work and are a shining example of what every BMW dealership should be like.

"Our 2011 Honda Odyssey"
On October 9, my wife and I were in a terrible car accident. While sitting at a traffic light, a pick-up truck rear-ended us at approx 50 mph and totaled our minivan. Fortunately we came out of this with no serious injuries and none of our five children were with us.
Though we have a lot to be thankful for, this accident did still leave us with much emotional distress and without a car. So, when it came time to buy a new vehicle, my wife and I knew we wanted a Honda.
Coming here to Keeler Honda and having Bill Kuhn as our sales rep., really helped us. Bill was such a pleasant person to work with and we were so pleased to have him as our sales rep.
The 2011 Honda Odyssey will surely keep our minds off the accident and give us peace of mind knowing we are driving a safe and reliable vehicle backed by the Keeler Honda excellent service dept.
Our sales rep, Bill Kuhn, was excellent with keeping in contact with us, while we were waiting for our new van to arrive. When it did come in and was time to pick it up, Bill was fantastic in showing us everything about the van. He was patient, very kind and really felt like he appreciated our business. He even took a picture of us with our new Keeler Honda Odyssey!

I've been car shopping for several weeks now and have recently helped two friends purchase new cars. The process has been very stressful and dealing with the salespeople at other local dealerships was generally a displeasure. Ken Hughes, however, was by FAR the most knowledgeable and friendly. He knew that the model I was interested in wasn't available and didn't try to push me into considering another car. "Good Honda Service experience"
I wanted to give you positive feedback on my Honda service experience. I brought in my daughter's Accord to have two leaking tires inspected. Matt wrote up the service order and we discussed possible options, including wire brushing the rims for a better bead contact, new tires, etc. I assumed the car needed new tires, but when I next saw Matt, your Keeler Honda Service Advisor, he explained that all four tires had sufficient tread, the two rims, after brushing, held the pressure, and one of the other wheels needed a new internal valve stem. So, the bottom line was that Matt and your Keeler Honda Service Team solved the problem at the least cost, with accurate information and courtesy. Thank you!

Both my husband and myself just wanted you to know how pleased we were with Greg Johnson. We have bought Chrysler's since 1984 when their first van came out. We continued to purchase them until this year. We did not like the new 2010 Chrysler thus we turned to Honda. We went to three dealerships handling Honda and Greg Johnson was by far the most polite, helpful, knowledgable salesman encountered. Just because of him I would recommend people to go to Keeler Honda.
He did not give us "if you buy it today" story like the other dealers. We personally hate that when a dealer says if you will buy it today. We like to be able to think it over, etc. and really hate to hear such a thing when we are looking for a car.
Greg patiently made offers over the internet and at the end made a personal phone call to us with his final price. His price was the best and we sealed the deal. I also felt the gentlemen who did all the paper work with us when we picked the car up was very pleasant too. I would guess that is how all of your employees are. Kudo's to you, Greg and the rest of your staff. We are glad we will be working with Keeler Honda.

I brought my Honda CRV to Keeler Honda for some new tires. I knew it needed a 30,000 mile tune up but was unsure I could afford to do it all at this time. I have always serviced my car at the dealership and have never missed any scheduled maintenance.
My Service Advisor was Nick Franzese. He was so kind and attentive. He assisted me and I was able to get the new tires and do the 30,000 tune-up.
