Each store has parts and service departments with factory-trained technicians and seasoned, courteous personnel. The on-site Keeler Collision Center offers state-of-the-art body shop repair for any need and is certified by Mercedes-Benz and BMW. Express service is available for Honda, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and MINI, providing a quick and easy service solution for customers. Mercedes-Benz customers can also take advantage of the Concierge Express Service, which will pick up and return their vehicle to their home or office at their convenience, or the Vintage Club, which provides discounts on parts and service for model years 1996 - 2002.
The Keeler Pro Detail department services the needs of those who wish to enhance the interior or exterior appearance of their vehicle with a professional touch. Detailing services range from a wash, wax and vacuum to a complete interior and exterior detail. In addition, the Keeler Pro Detail department offers pin striping, bonnet striping (MINI), paintless dent removal and perma plate.
Keeler Motor Car Company has established a strong commitment to the Capital Region community. They are a supporter of local institutions and charitable organizations including the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York, Albany Medical Center and the Children's Hospital at Albany Medical Center, Capital Repertory Theatre, the Times Union Center and Proctors.
